8.1 Account Closure at Member's Request

Once your closure request has been received and processed, any remaining balance (subject to any unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.

Garuda888 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the following circumstances:
